What is cutting fluid?

3) Incorrect cutting process----Check whether the processing parameters are appropriate and whether the wrong parameters are selected.
4) Workpiece deformation---Try to choose materials with good conductivity and less non-conductive impurities, do a good job of heat treatment; pre-process the wire hole; pre-cut to release stress; optimize the cutting path.
5) Molybdenum wire loss is large----Check the molybdenum wire diameter and replace the new molybdenum wire in time, and check whether the molybdenum wire has wire phenomenon.
6) Material structure problem----Use different materials for different processing effects. Test whether the material is highly magnetic. The impurities cut by high-magnetic materials adhere to the molybdenum wire and are not easy to wash away, resulting in poor surface finish.
7) The machine tool is in poor condition----Check whether the lubrication of each guide wheel, wire barrel, conductive block, and each lead screw guide rail is normal.
