1. Understand the basic parameters of the control cabinet:

Before debugging, you must first understand the basic parameters of the control cabinet, including input voltage, output voltage, current, frequency, etc. These parameters can usually be found in the manual of the control cabinet, or you can directly ask the equipment manufacturer.

2. Check the power connection:

Make sure the power supply of the control cabinet is connected correctly, the power cord is in good contact, and is not loose or damaged. At the same time, check whether the power supply voltage is stable and meets the requirements of the control cabinet.

3. Adjust current and frequency:

According to the requirements of the cutting machine, adjust the output current and frequency of the control cabinet. Usually, the cutting speed and quality of the cutting machine are related to the current and frequency, which need to be adjusted according to the actual situation.

4. Adjust the cutting voltage:

6. Cutting distance:

Cutting distance refers to the distance between the molybdenum wire and the workpiece. The choice of cutting distance should be determined according to the type and thickness of the material. If the cutting distance is too large, the cutting quality will be reduced. If the cutting distance is too small, the friction between the molybdenum wire and the workpiece will increase and the cutting quality will be reduced. 7. Test cutting quality:

After debugging, the cutting quality needs to be tested. You can select some standard workpieces for cutting, and then check the flatness, smoothness, and cutting defects of the cut surface.
